1970s Jublilee Automatic TV Style Watch with Day/Date. Fifty years of loving wear showing here and there. Great crystal, works, keeps time.

It's a Jubilee! Or JUBILEE! By many accounts, Jubilee was a watch made by (or for) Wittnauer and there is a watch just like this one that is so branded. This Jubilee watch has worked perfectly over the past few weeks. It winds automatically without any special wrist rotation activities and runs strong and keeps time. Case shows the scratches one should expect on a 50 year old case. Plating is all present though and watch remains in good overall condition. Crystal is clear without scratches after a professional polishing. Case measures roughly 39mm x 42mm. Period expanding bracelet is slightly worn but has been cleaned and is also in pretty good condition. Currently sized for a comfortable fit on a 7" - 7.5" wrist, but a jeweler can remove links if needed. Overall good condition in terms of both appearance and function, but as its history is unknown, a visit to a local watchmaker for a routine service may be needed in the future.
